Methodology

• Small groups (5 - 15 people) meeting in each other's homes on a regular basis for worship, bible study and prayer.

• Regular training for leaders and assistant leaders of each group.

• Up to 10 groups supervised by a Sponsor who provides spiritual and practical oversight.

• Worship services every two months or so, for groups under each Sponsor.

• As well as building up one other in the faith, the aim is to reach out and attract others. With this in mind, a goal for each group is to double in size and split into two groups, once a year.
